If you are not 100% satisfied with your Finmore membership within your first 30 days as a member, you may submit a request to cancel and receive a full refund of your membership fee by emailing support@finmore.com or by submitting a customer support ticket through your member portal.

After the initial 30-day period expires, you may cancel your membership without receiving a refund of your membership annual fee, and you will not be charged the renewal fee upon your membership enrollment anniversary.

Subscription Service Refund Policy

You may terminate your Finmore Subscription Services in any month of the Subscription Term by providing Finmore with written notice of your intention not to renew the subscription. Subscription Services are non-refundable, but upon termination, you will receive prorated access to the services, until your next payment date, at which time you will not be charged and your access to the Subscription Services will end.
